All the information about how to succeed as a coach ultimately boils do the these three sounds, which are beautifully self-contained in the word "coaching."
Oh! is represented by the letter “o” in cOaching
Ah! is represented by the letter “a” (coAching)
And C’ Ching! is represented by the rest of the word (Coaching)
Great coaches hear these sounds a lot.
Oh! is heard when clients suddenly “get” something they never quiet realized or understood before.
Ah! Is heard when profound insights occur and when awareness and knowlwdge deepen to become true wisdom.
C’ Ching! is heard when clients become so successful as a result of being coached effectively that they enthusiastically endorse and recommend their coach to others. It is the sound of growing success, which applies to both great coaches and their clients.
All three factors are vitally important. Without the first two factors, your clients won’t have an exceptional coaching experience to you get to the third factor. Without the third you will not be able to continue coaching and the world will lose all you have to offer.
